Set over three floors, it has four bedrooms: one first floor double with en-suite shower room, two second floor double and second floor bunk bed, served by a family bathroom and ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan fitted kitchen and dining area, while the first floor houses the sitting room. There is also a ground floor games room. Outside has a front lawned garden and patio area with furniture. Off-road parking is available for 3 cars. A highchair is always at the property and does not need to be requested. 1 well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. No stag/hen parties or groups of teenagers.
